If you’re looking to develop your confidence in the gym and are relatively new to training, have less than 6 months’ worth of recent experience, have limited access to equipment or aren’t quite confident working with barbells just yet, this is the programme for you

The Intermediate is a full body strength and conditioning programme that will have you building confidence with barbell movements whilst feeling fitter and stronger than ever before
This programme will also help you unlock and develop movements such as pull ups and push ups

If you feel comfortable working with barbells, would like to work on your pull ups and are looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness, this is the programme for you
The Intermediate is the progression on from The Fundamental

The Advanced is a full body strength and conditioning programme with some higher-skill movements thread throughout
This programme will unlock and develop gymnastics and weightlifting movements such as toes to bar, double unders, cleans and jerks whilst improving aesthetics and performance too
The Advanced is the progression on from The Intermediate

If you can perform or would like to unlock some gymnastics and weightlifting movements, are very comfortable with barbell movements such as the back squat and deadlift, are looking to get super fit or have a functional fitness competition coming up, this is the programme for you

We’re using it all! Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, Rigs and Ergs plus items such as Wallballs and Skipping Ropes

The Female Training Programme has been designed by women, for women, to elevate you through movement no matter where you’re at on your fitness journey.
The FTP is all about building confidence both in and outside of the gym. It will have you moving and feeling better than ever before, teach you how to optimise performance and help you understand female physiology a little bit more. Sometimes all it takes is a bit of structure and guidance to fall in love with your training and that’s what The FTP provides.
As a female, our menstrual cycle has a huge part to play in our performance and our life. The FTP takes this into consideration and has you training in conjunction with your hormones to get you moving and feeling the best you ever have. Whether you have a natural menstrual cycle, are peri/post-menopausal, use hormonal contraception or are unsure of where you’re at, The FTP has a programme for you.

MEET YOUR COACH
Having entered the industry at a young age, Nike Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach Tess Glynne-Jones became aware of the need for more female role models and conversations around women's health. It was this gap in the industry that inspired her to launch The Female Training Programme.
Tess’ goal is to increase the participation of women and girls in sport and to help others reach their full potential both in and outside of their training.
As an addition to the FTP, Tess also trains private clients both in-person and online, consults for brands on their fitness projects and runs the female-focused podcast “She’s Got Game.”
