It ticks all the boxes - it keeps me accountable, the workouts are so fun to do and the smart, structured programming means I've been able to do things and lift weights I never thought I would be able to!
Going from zero pull ups to multiple weighted ones and finally hitting triple figures in a deadlift are two of many big wins.
I'm on the flexi programme which means I have 3 workouts a week to do which then also leaves me time to go and do a few of my own things such as spin classes.
The support from Tess has been so wonderful and you can tell she really wants success for all of her clients. I can't recommend the FTP enough!”

“I started the ftp several months ago after taking a year off of regular exercise due to illness and injuries. The ftp has provided much needed structure and expert guidance for my journey back into fitness.
The programme offers a scalable, balanced and technically smart approach to building up strength and conditioning over time. Coming from a background in athletics. I was struggling to strike this balance on my own.
Now i can't wait to get into the gym and let the programme lead me! Tess is absolutely brilliant and i cannot recommend her and the ftp enough.”

“I have been on the functional flexi plan for around 4 months now and I love it! It suits me and my lifestyle so perfectly. When moving jobs I lost my way a bit with training and didn't know what route i wanted to take and needed a new routine.
The 3-day plan gives me the perfect mix of Olympic lifting and functional training which i love, then I have a spare few days for any additional training I’d like to do.
The plan is straight forward, well executed & easy to follow. Every exercise has a purpose and i am progressing fast! I can genuinely say I have stuck to every session each week and look forward to it.

“I've been on the Female Training Programme since January and absolutely love it. The sessions are progressive and I can feel myself getting stronger and fitter as we move through each phase/block of the programme.
I'm taken out my comfort zone when trying new moves which are broken down and developed as the weeks have gone on. I love the app and each exercise has a video (which means no more googling for me) and the coaches corner explains exactly the expectation for the session.
Tess makes me push myself at the right times . having a Programme which is inline with my hormones is hugely appreciated when I just don't feel I can lift as heavy or push myself that bit more but I still want to move and train.
Tess is also super helpful and always there to support, give advice and offer guidance. Although this is an online programme, you never feel alone.
Finally (I think I could go on forever) I love that each exercise can be adapted and Tess clearly tells you how to do that in the coaches corner e.g. if I don't have a particular piece of equipment or not quite there yet with certain move.
I would 100% recommend this programme to anyone looking to train and needs support. I haven't looked back and am not sure what I'd do if I had to think about my own sessions again.”
